SEASON PASS CUSTOMER GUIDE

(A WALKTHROUGH)

HOW TO PURCHASE A SEASON PASS

  1. LOGIN to your Customer Account — or — if you are a new customer, CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT: https://tickets.coalminetheatre.com/login/

  1. Once logged in to your account, click "SEASON PASSES" from the header menu.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select either a SINGLE, DOUBLE, TRIPLE, QUAD or FIVE PERSON SEASON PASS.

  3. Click "ADD TO BASKET".
    *If you are unable to add a Season Pass to your basket, it is because you are not signed into a customer account.

  4. Click “CHECKOUT”, then… click “CHECKOUT” again!

  5. On the Order Summary page, select E TICKET as the Delivery Option and then click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”.

  6. Enter your Credit Card information, then click “COMPLETE ORDER”.

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE NOW SUCCESSFULLY PURCHASED A COAL MINE SEASON PASS!

NOW IT’S TIME TO BOOK YOUR PASSHOLDER TICKETS…

HOW TO BOOK PASSHOLDER TICKETS

  1. Make sure you are LOGGED IN to your Customer Account that has a Season Pass already attached to it.

  2. Click “BOOK TICKETS” from the header menu.

  3. Click on the first production you wish to book tickets to.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the production’s page to find the EVENT CALENDAR and click the AVAILABLE PERFORMANCE DATE of your choosing.

  5. Under TICKET TYPE, be sure you are selecting PASSHOLDER TICKETS and select the number of tickets your Season Pass entitles you to from the drop down menu before clicking ADD TO BASKET.

  6. If you wish to book Passholder Tickets to one or more of the other productions in the current season, go back to the BOOK TICKETS page from the header menu, and repeat steps 3 through 5 for the other production(s).

  7. When you have added all the Passholder Tickets you wish (for all the productions you wish), click “CHECKOUT”, then click “CHECKOUT” again!

  8. On the Order Summary page, select E TICKET as the Delivery Option and then click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”.

  9. You will not be required to enter any credit card information to checkout your Passholder Tickets. Simply click “COMPLETE ORDER”.

AND THAT’S IT!

YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED CONFIRMATION FROM THE TICKETING SYSTEM, CONFIRMING THE DATE OF YOUR TICKETS.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PERFORMANCE DATE, WRITE US AT TICKETS@COALMINETHEATRE.COM AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST FOR A NEW PERFORMANCE DATE. BUT PLEASE NOTE, MOVING TICKETS IS ONLY POSSIBLE PENDING AVAILABILITY. IF A PERFORMANCE IS SOLD OUT, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.
