ALL ADVANCE, ONLINE TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges, for either General Admission Tickets or Season Passholder Tickets, are only possible pending availability and are never guaranteed. General Admission and Preview Ticket holders must pay the difference in price if they exchange their tickets for a later, more expensive performance date. Season Passholder Tickets are exchangeable at no cost. Please note exchanges always become more difficult to accommodate the further into a run a production goes.

Exchanges cannot be accommodated after the fact for missed performances and The Coal Mine does not redeem unused tickets as credit to future productions.

The deadline to request a ticket exchange for an evening performance is 12:00 pm on the day of the performance. The deadline to request a ticket exchange for an afternoon matinee performance is 9:00 am on the day of the performance. Exchange requests that are made after the deadline will not be accommodated.

*Due to Covid 19, an exception will be made to the ticket refund policy if you are feeling ill or have been advised by a healthcare professional to stay at home. Please contact us at tickets@coalminetheatre.com, prior to the performance start time, to make arrangements to either rebook or refund your tickets. Or, if you prefer, convert your ticket purchase into a donation and we will issue you a charitable tax receipt.

Due to the tiny layout of the space, we regret that it is absolutely impossible to admit latecomers, without exception. The lobby doors are locked at the scheduled performance time (sharp!) and any ticket holder who arrives after that time will, regrettably, not be admitted.

Latecomers who miss a performance are not exempt from our NO-REFUND policy. However, if there are still available tickets in the run, we will do our best to rebook latecomers to an alternate performance date at no charge.

The Coal Mine bar is now open. Patrons may bring their drinks into the theatre.

*Please note an exception to the above policy will be put into effect for performances of PROPHECY FOG - drinks will not be allowed in the theatre and must be consumed in the lobby prior to entering.

The Coal Mine lobby has a modest bar that sells a limited selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, mixed drinks, coffee, tea and soda. Credit and debit cards accepted. No Cash.
