How to purchase a
SEASON PASS
or PREVIEW PASS

Once you have successfully purchased a Coal Mine Season Pass or Preview Pass, it’s time to book your Passholder Tickets. See instructions below.

Purchasing a pass does not automatically reserve your seats. To attend performances, you must book your Passholder Tickets by selecting dates for each production included in your pass.

How to book your
Passholder tickets

Once you’ve purchased your Season Pass or Preview Pass, it’s time to reserve your seats.

No payment is required when booking your Passholder tickets.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your performance details. For information about ticket exchanges, refunds and other ticket policies, please visit our Theatre Policies page.

What’s the difference between a SEASON PASS and a PREVIEW PASS?

SEASON PASS:
Attend any REGULAR PERFORMANCE of all five productions during the season.

PREVIEW PASS:
Attend PREVIEW PERFORMANCES for all five productions before opening night.

Preview Passes are our lowest-priced season pass option and are perfect for audience members who enjoy being among the first to experience new work.


Do I need a customer account?

YES.
Season Passes and Preview Passes must be attached to a customer account. If you’re new to Coal Mine, create your free account before purchasing your pass.


Can I change my performance date?

If you need to change your performance date, email us at: tickets@coalminetheatre.com

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Please note that if a performance is sold out, we may be unable to move your tickets.
